What should I do if I want to pick up my order?
We can offer free pick up orders as requested from Your locals Eastland Shopping Centre. Level 2 in the Beauty Garden. Please get in contact with us before placing your order so we can confirm that it is possible and we will give you instrustions on how to go ahead with your order. Get in contact here.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We do offer wholesale on majority of our products. Please get in contact and we can send our wholesale guide with prices and more infomation for you. Get in contact here.
I have questions about the product or want to change (color, size, design or material ...) what to do?
Please contact us via the contact page HERE. I am always happy to do my best to accomdate special requests.
When will an item I am looking for come back in stock.
Most of our items come back in stock within 3 weeks of being sold out. We also have some items on clearance that once they are sold out, we won't be getting more of. These items are marked clearly as clearance items.
How to put multiple products into the same order?
On each of our product listings we have an option to enter the quantity amount you would like to then click add to cart. If you are unable to order the quantity you would like please dont hesitate to get in contact with us. HERE

Payment & Delivery
What forms of payment does the shop have?
We offer all the usual payments methods as well as having the option to securely pay through pay pal. We also offer the pay later option with afterpay. Afterpay divides your payments into 4 smaller payments spread out over a certian amount of time.
When will I receive my order.
We have our own processing times , that differ to the delivery times set by australia post. We aim to process your orders to be sent out within 2-14 business days. We usually dont need all of that time but depending on the time of year we sometimes need a little extra time to get your beautiful orders out to you. Please bare in mind most of our products are made to order. Don't worry we are worth the wait.
What countries do you ship to?
We are based in Melbounre, Australia. We do offer international shipping to other countries such as New Zealand, United States of America and United Kingdom. If you are trying to ship to another country please get in contact and we can help to arrange shipping.
How to use discount codes?
All discount codes are entred in at the checkout. Only one discount code be applied per order. We do offer automatic free shipping on orders over $80 within Australia
How to check order status?
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. Then once your ordered has been processed and shipped you will receive another email which includes your tracking number with australia post. Please only contact us if your order has passed the processing times of up to 14 days as otherwise we may still be processing your order.
How is shipping fee calculated?
Our shipping costs are calculated on the set costs we are delagated by Australia Post. Standard shipping $10. Express shipping $15. International shipping $23 and up.
